Extremely poor service

The poorest service from a guest house I have ever experienced. Not booked on arrival. Cold water. One towel. One cup. Fridge not on working order. Shower dirty. Breakfast the worst!!!!! Unbelievable poor. All the food cold. Lady became very vocal in front of all the guests at the breakfast table due to not finding oir booking and telling us how things work if you are registered with lekkeslaap. Totally of the planet and making our visit the worst nightmare ever. This guesthouse is definitly not recommended and my personal view is that they should not even be listed on the lekkeslaap website... Me and my family will definitly not ever visit there ever again...
