Save yourself the Annoyance

Don't, just don't. I have had nothing but shocking service from day one and now I cannot use the POS and Barcoding Label I purchased as I have been waiting for nearly months to get labels that no other supplier can provide. Shocking customer service and only waits until you phone him before he tells you "Not to worry". Save yourself the annoyance. After documenting my emails, WhatApps and calls, I'm about to approach the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, that's how bad it is.
