Apparently our vehicle is finally ready after 3 & 1/2 months. They are now demanding we go all the way to Durban to collect it at our cost. See screenshot of email. The thing is, because they have had our vehicle for more than 3 months, we have been unable to run our business so there has been no income generated and we have had to live off our business capital in order to survive. This capital is now depleted. Now we need to find/loan money in order to TRY get our business up and running again.
