RELEASE/ SALE OF DAMAGED VEHICLE.

I app**** for finance through ABSA Vehicle Finance on 2/2/2015. My finance was approved & I then found a Hyundai for sale on Gumtree . Because the sale was a private purchase, everything had to go through a dealership which was All Cars Pinetown who are affiliated to Absa. The vehilce went through for all road worthy checks, done by All Cars. Everything followed through & the car was financed & released to me on 13/04/2015. 2 week after driving the car I noticed a rumbling noise. I then decided to book the car into Hyundai for an inspection on 13/05/2015. Hyundai had a look at the car refused to do anywork on the car stating that the vehicle is NOT road worthy & had prior damage . They declared the car unfit for use. I then consulted ABSA Bank & they reffered me back to All Cars as they were the company dealing with the road worthyness of the car. I then contacted ALL CARS the very same day been 13/05/2015 whereby they sent it for re-testing at AA Centre once againe & FAILED after initially \Passing". All Cars are now REFUSING to take any responsibility for any of the car issues"
