Bad and unnecessary attitude from technician

Absolute bad experience servicing my car at All Car Maintenance in Victoria Street, Somerset-West. While asking about the service on extra labour done the technician turned his back on me and walked away. Complaining to the manager about it, while the same technician now with a smirk on his face standing next to us, still no apologies. If that is the attitude of the technician that just worked on my car I fear the worst for the work that actually was done on my car.

But I do want to thank the manager for explaining to me why the work was done afterwards... I just don't trust the technicians working at this company.
