Roofing exstension nightmare

Hi all.<br> DO NOTUSE All Cape roofing unless you are willing to be told you are not a roof expert and basically should shut-up until completion. Here is a shortened list of what happened to me and if this the way you would like to be treated please feel free to contact Lionel.<br> 1. Drop your new color bond IBR sheets ,damaging my wall and IBR -. Recorded on CCTV and denied at first by All cape roofing.- no feedback or offer to repair wall.<br> 2 Hits nail through expensive 20 m seamless gutter.<br> 3. 20 m gutter not at the right angle so water is now standing in the gutter - Foreman was told 10 times to fix before the ceiling was done. <br> 4. Ceiling - Rhino boards installed upside down<br> 5.Foreman promised to move the geyser outlet before installing the ceiling. Not done and water leaking onto new ceiling for 24 hours. <br> 6.Foreman cut down pipes holes in the wrong place -The list goes on.<br> Was told to wait for snag list and stop bugging foreman. Snag list given and was told to keep retainer and that I am 1 of those people who just want to keep the retainer. Roof is now leaking with 1st rains, Lionel not responding to my messages, no roofing certificate received.
