Worse service

Been waiting for a sneaker for the past 7months, what makes it worse is the fact that all brands ignores every message sent to them even a solution given to them as they do not do refunds to top it all 1 of the consultants actually told a customer that this is the reason other consultants do not want to handle the case just because the customer keeps wanting feedback.

Excuses given have ranged to carrier company being under staffed, to the sneaker has been sent however they do not why it has not been delivered so they have sent it again, then the last excuse was they have not had stock for the past 7 months. Which our question is then why did not just tell us this information from day 1.

Since allbrands does not have the sneaker we require we have other options however them offering to give us an airforce 1 whereas we had originally ordered a Jordon is a huge insult. This has to be the worse kind of service ever
