Pathetic service

On a third month mark waiting for my sneakers. At first I was told my money was reversed which is a total lie since I never got, then they blamed not delivering on loadshedding. What annoyed me is when I called and the manager told me I am an angry woman having a bad day, he will check what the hold up is, to this day I am waiting. I have requested my refund for weeks now every time I mention that, they do not reply to any of my messages. I was told I'll get my shoes in two days, when I asked for tracking details they went mute on me. I wish I checked the reviews first before I purchased.
