PATHETIC SERVICE

Today marks a month without my sneakers being delivered. Every time I send texts I'm told my request has been sent to the sales department whom will shortly get back to me, but no one gets back to me. Calling these people is a mission as they don't answer and I don't even know why they have a number if no one answers the phone. They answer WhatsApp messages after God knows how many days, they will be online on instagram but never respond to your dm's. I'm truly sick and tired of these people. I have an event coming up soon and I need the sneakers as they are part of my outfit. Week in and week out I'm given stories about when my sneakers will be delivered.

These people fail to communicate with customers and what's worse they didn't even bother telling me that they were having any issues with courier which I don't see why is that any of my business. All I want is my sneakers or they refund me and I go elsewhere.
