PATHETIC BUSINESS - All Baby Furniture previously known as Furniture Depot

"All Baby Furniture: Previously known as Furniture Depot" The absolute worst company i have dealt with in my life. Terrible quality goods and even worse customer service. They took 3 months to collect a compactum that collapsed ( this was after literally 100s of calls and whatsapp messages and voice notes), kept it for a month, then came through tonight at around 8pm and dumped it on the roadside because i wasn't home. The compactum was defective from the time it was purchased and even after going in for "repairs" it is still defective. The repairs discussed were not carried out and upon me asking why, i was told that I'm lying and no such discussion had took place. The cot base also broke within the first month of use which i repaired myself due to their poor customer service. Please do yourself a favour and purchase your baby furniture from a reputable store, these people do not care about your baby's safety and have absolutely no interest in resolving issues after they receive payment. Zero business etiquette and Zero professionalism. It's a difficult time for business and under normal circumstances i would not post such bad reviews, but the frustration and anger that i have felt while dealing with this company warrants this post. I have afforded them many opportunities to correct the issues before i shared my horrible experience on social media however my cries fell upon deaf ears.
