Most Pathetic service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They make what should be a special time in one's life an absolute nightmare. They have no clue about customers service, quality of product or being honorable. I ordered a large cot and compactum. The cot only has 2 levels, they advertised it has 3. The compactum that arrived was a small compactum when I clearly ordered and paid for the large. They have been promising to deliver the correct size for over 6 weeks after the first delivery only came after 6 weeks and not the 2-3 they promise. Basically stay away from this company, they are not good businessman and do not have any intentions of being honorable and have no clue what good service is.
