Great communication pre-moving, not so great afterward :/

The company was very prompt and diligent in communication and following up with me prior to moving my goods, but when I reported an item of furniture that I suspect broke in transit (it didn't arrive broken, but the moment I used it, it broke (-_-)), there was complete silence.
