Reluctant to pay money back!!!!

They claimed that they can fix our fridge but after R1 881.00 and a week later they still haven't fixed the fridge. We phoned Samsung and they fixed the fridge immediately and now All Appliance Services refuse to pay our money back. Every time they have another excuse. We have send them the invoice from Samsung who fixed the fridge but still they duck and dive us. Refuse to give us there address.
