**************** FROM ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES AKA ANCHOR PLUMBING

On the 2nd August 2017, All Appliance Services aka Anchor Plumbing gave me a quote for R2100 to replace the compressor in my fridge. They demanded I send them proof of payment before they replaced it, which I emailed them the following day. The day they got proof of payment they went to my house and said it was not the compressor, and that I must throw my fridge away. The technician phoned Anchor Pluming from my house and they said I must stop the payment. When I did so, they refused to agree to the payment being stopped. I have been battling since then, about 5 weeks, to get my money out of them and will go the legal route now, as well as share this on social media. This is ****************. They are an ********* business, and have one excuse after the other about why they have not had time to refund me yet. DO NOT USE ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES AKA ANCHOR PLUMBING.
