All Appliance Services - Totally unreliable.

On 30th December 2015 my dishwasher stopped working. A Google search guided me to All Appliance Services. They quoted me R 290.00 for a call out and inspection fee which I thought was reasonable and they sent a technician out the same day.. The man removed the side panel, fiddled around for a moment and the machine seemed to work. He then wrote out an invoice for R 695.00 which surprised me but I paid it and he went on his way. The next time I turned on the machine I was faced with the same problem and called back to tell them that the job had not been done. It took a week of phone calls to get another technician out who told me that the drainage pump needed replacing and they would give me a quote the next day. Another week went by with no contact so I called back and was told they were waiting for a price from the supplier (Bosch). I called Bosch and was given a price for the part within 5 minutes. To put an end to my dealings with AAS, I requested a refund for the difference between what I had been quoted and what I had paid. Unfortunately company policy does not allow for that. It now almost a month since I called them out. I still have no dishwasher and no refund. Poor service
