All Appliance Services

We originally contacted and paid Anchor Services up front before work commenced. The company that came to repair our refrigerator was ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES 24 hour HOME SERVICE After regassing the fridge on the 08/01/2018 and charging me R1795 our fridge was still not working. The freezer however was working great. After numerous call to both Keith and George, some of these calls were on the 14/02, 19/02 and the 27th they eventualy responded and send a technician to fix the problem – he could not fix it and said there was an oil leak and that we must find the oil leak??? After this visit our freezer stopped working and we lost all pre-cooked meals, frozen meats and chicken. Again we made numerous calls and then decided this was not worth pursuing. We did get hold of George however and requested a refund. We were told that “you are making excuses”, not sure in what context he meant this. He then said that he would refund us a portion of the amount, again no specifics and to date no refund. After paying R1795 I have no fridge, no freezer, and no refund.

I hope this serves as a warning not to use either Anchor Services or All Appliance Services. They are amateurs and have no integrity.
