Reluctant to pay a legitimate funeral cover claim.

I am Bernard Leboho, i have a funeral policy with all ALL AGES LIFE, policy number ***, register with FSB 44224 - since 2011. I have been religiously paying my premiums without fail. I submitted my claim last week Wednesday, on the 02/09/2026. Despite submitting all the required documents,I still haven't received any payment or solid communication regarding this. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND HURT by the lack of service I received from ALL AGES LIFE/ INSURANCE.I really want the money to arrange my mother’s funeral. Please intervene on my behalf.
