Bad service - shocking to say the least

Shocking experience with this company - ordered an item and waited a while. Fair enough. However, what we ordered is NOT what we received. A totally different brand name and quality. The refund hasn’t happened and clearly looks like it won’t. Collection of the item non existent. Sad but we feel totally conned here and will now have to report this as a ********** transaction.
