DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER - DISHONEST! WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE

All Access Control provide alarm systems, gates and other electric work. They were used by the previous owners of our property which is why we used them. They helped us with our alarm several times and sorted out some electrical issues for us. Jay was responsive and helpful. However, he then helped us with an emergency electrical job - I paid in full, upfront, a lot of money. He assured me that a portion of the money was going to be used for fixing our garden lights and that he would give me a breakdown of the costs of the electric work and let me know how the rest of the money would be spent. That was July. It is now November. Jay has refused to send me a breakdown of the work done and has never explained to me how the money was spent. My guess is that he doesn't want to because he has completely overcharged us. we have had zero communications from him despite numerous attempts to get confirmation from him. I believe that he has deliberately sabotaged the working relationship so he doesn't have to be accountable for the R30k that he asked for upfront. I trusted him because of the work he had done for us before. My advice to anyone considering to use All Access Controls is DO NOT. This is someone who will take advantage when given the chance. Very disappointing from a provider who could have continued to be our go to person - he would rather do a one service ******* then have an ongoing working relationship. Stay clear!
