Bogus company

Do not ever use this company, they do not exist. Allaboutmoving (Pty) Ltd deregistered years ago. They have subsequently removed the (Pty) Ltd from their website. We paid 50% deposit to move items from Jhb to Cpt. The 087 contact number on their website has never worked. It reflects as their national call number on the website. Their address in Oudshoorn doesn't exist either. Whenever you ask Louise why the landline goes toe voicemail, she uses the excuse of loadshedding. They must have loadshedding 24/7. You can never get hold of Louise, and when you eventually do on her cellphone, she is always busy seeing clients and will apparently call you back. There isn't any other manager or owner to speak to, as she is apparently in charge of 'long distance'. She gave me several dates when the truck will collect our goods, which kept moving to a later date, and when the truck doesn't arrive for collection, the excuse is used that there are issues with other people sharing a load with our goods, and the date moves forward. Louise eventually said she will rather pay my full deposit back than to keep moving the date, after I threated to cancell. It was all empty promises and 3 months have passed. Obviously now she isn't taking my calls or responding to messages or emails. It was always one excuse and promise after another. We will never get our deposit back and she is laughing all the way. Not even getting attorneys involved helped
