Closed insurance policy premiums deducted

I cancelled my insurance policy and premiums continue to be deducted from my account. On request for refund I am notified of a 45 day delay. Erroneously deducting the premium was immediate so the refund should be immediate. All about Insurance don't care and have refused to resolve this issue. I am still waiting 47 days later for the refund.
