All 4 U Auto Spares / AV Service Centre not Trustworthy

I bought a bakkie for R85,000. from All 4 U Auto Spares also called AV Service Centre (Coy Reg No. ***) on 23/1/2025. The Owner Koos (Jacobus Kruger) said that he is selling the bakkie together with a reconditioned engine on behalf of someone else for R65,000. The additional R20,000 was for All 4 U Spares / AV Service Centre to fit the reconditioned engine and to supply and fit the additional parts needed to get the bakkie running. I had to pay R65,000 in advance for the owner from All 4 U Auto Spares to pay the owner of the bakkie and R7,000 towards spares. The agreement was that the owner of All 4 U Auto Spares / AV Service Centre would finish the Ford Ranger within 3 Days. After 3 Weeks I was notified that there were more faults on the Ford Ranger than anticipated and that All 4 U Auto Spares does not have the money to buy the parts needed and neither do they have the money to refund me. They said I must wait for them to sell the bakkie before they can refund me. I doubt that they would be able to sell the bakkie and if they did, how long would it take to sell the bakkie and if they do, would they be able to sell the bakkie for enough to pay me a full refund? We then arranged with them that we will take the bakkie as is and that they must have the papers for the bakkie ready. We had to rent a trailer to load the bakkie and drive all the way from Brakpan to Pretoria. On arrival they did not have the Vehicle Registration Papers, even after they confirmed it will be ready when we come to load the bakkie. I later learned that they did not pay the owner of the bakkie in full and he refused to release the Vehicle Registration Papers. I could not load the bakkie without the Vehicle Registration Papers and had to drive all the way back from Pretoria to Brakpan and return the trailer that I rented. It is now 25/2/25, more than a month later and I do not have the Ford Ranger neither the R72,000 they owe me.
