Doesn't honour commitments

I found alkalinepools.co.za on the internet. Alkaline Pools agreed to do work on my pool. In good faith, I organized a builder and took a day's leave from work, as it would require a concrete slab too, which the builder needed to do after Alkaline Pools did some preliminary work. On the agreed day, they simply didn't pitch up. I eventually sent a Whatsapp, asking where he was, got some story about his bakkie's wheel, but he assured me he'd be right there after "his bakkie was fixed" (yeah, sure...) Seven hours later, still nobody and no word from him and I had to contact him again, only to be told that the alleged wheel problem had now changed into a "suspension problem". Well, if this was true, pick up the phone and tell me, don't make me waste an entire day waiting for him. I would not recommend a company that doesn't honour its commitments.
