Poor communication

ALJ Insurance brokers are not attending to ANY quries. More money is getting deducted from my husbands bank account. Numerous calls and email have been send to Peggy. NO feedback, NOW answer. I have dealt with them when selling cars and also was the worst brokers who always had excuses why they did not pay my referal fees. I will never refer any clients to them ever.

Email send to Sifiso, Peggy and client care on numerous occassions.
