BAD SERVICE

I am really unhappy and sad with the service received from Aliverti buying shoes for the first time from them and I can safely say never again. You make a purchase online only to be told the product is not available but online it does not say out of stock, when you ask them for the different item its also not available, so basically everything we see online as customers is not available. When you ask them why they can only say we apologize but no solution.
