Terrible Service - Alive Solar & Electrical (PTY) LTD

Aftersales service, support, feedback and communication are non-existent.

One Willem Bothma purports to be the accountable sales person – once all monies are paid, no further support and/or communication is forthcoming: not even reaction to any of these HelloPeter reviews.

Alive Solar portrays to be a national company, but it seems they are only a one man band, represented by Willem – the latter refuses to furnish any further information and/or management details of the company.

Do not be fooled by their website ór social media adverti*****ts: it is false and misleading.

Alive Solar’s landline ***) is usually either unanswered ór out of order.

The installation at my residence commenced on 25 March 2022 – although the full quoted amount was paid over, the installation is still incomplete as the labelling was never done, promised warranty certificates were never furnished, remote monitoring of the system is a hoax and a ********** COC was supp**** via WhatsApp.

I received no further communication from either Alive Solar òr Willem.
