Terrible experience with Alive Solar and Electrical - previously SWE Solar

1. After sales service terrible. They do not answer the phone, do not respond. They do not do the basics right. Terrible experience. 2. According to the battery supplier they do the installation wrong and you lose your warrantee if something goes wrong. 3. Their prices start low, but later on they try to squeeze money out of you. A solution to a problem always costs extra money. 4. Their planning is pathetic. They do not fulfill their duty as planner of the system. 5. Willem Bothma is the person that do sales and support. He does not answer his phone. He does not reply to problems. The installers will reply. 6. I would not have made this complaint if they engaged and at least communicated. 7. They changed the company name... 8. With expensive products like this, one red flag should be enough to stay away. Alive solar is a definite NO.
