It is now 2 Months later, and I am still waiting for my Electrical COC that is part of the Sales discussions and emails - also promised on their website. Shaun has made 3 different appointments for them to come out and do the COC, and has not arrived for any of them at all . . . This is after me confirming via whatsapp and voice notes for the COC Appointments. I sit at home, expecting them to come through for the appointment like most accountable Businesses would do, but they don't arrive, no call or message to say they are not coming, you just wait and waste your time. They are always very apologetic afterwards, but again, words NO Actions or after Sales Service.

These actions only strengthen my point about the lack of After Sales Service that you will receive Alive Solar & Electrical.

I am saying again, STAT AWAY from them, they will take your Money, and then not honor their commitments for the COC or if you have any issues.

I have been patient enough, almost 6 months for them to complete the COC, but I am now tired of waiting. I think it is time for me to take this legal now, as they have not honored their Sales Agreement.

DON'T get caught out like I was - STAY AWAY from these guys.
