The order and refund that never came

On the 3rd of May 2016 I placed an online order for Green and red Clay with Alive products. On the same day I also sent my EFT payment as well as e-mailing my proof of payment to them. I soon received an e-mail confirming that mumy payment had been received and that the green clay was currently not available and should be in stock within a week. I responded saying that I would not mind waiting for the arrival of the green clay as I understood that their suppliers were in France.

On the 21st of June I emailed Daniel Murphy (the sales agent who emailed me previously) to inquire about my order as a few weeks had now passed and I had still not received my order nor any feedback.

I sent a second e-mail on the 24th of June to Mr Murphy as I still received no response, not even to my e-mail.

I finally received an e-mail from Mr Murphy on th 25th of June apologising for the delayal of the clay as it was unexpectedly late (a whole month yet I was not informed). I responded by requesting a refund for my purchase so that I may purchase it from an alternative supplier before the date I expected to leave the country.

I was informed by Mr Murphy that he was "more than willing" to give me my refund and that I should send him my banking details. I did so and waited yet again for what rightfully belonged to me.

Two weeks later on the 12 July I emailed Mr Murphy once again and CCed the info and sales contact of the company informing them of the entire issue and my disappointment of the type of substandard treatment I was receiving. I again requested that I receive my refund within the week.

To date I still have not received my order nor my refund.
