Worst airline ever

On-flight service pathetic. Flight attendants rude and unhelpful (had a broken vertebra and flight attendant laughed at me when I asked him to assist me to put my hand luggage in the overhead compartment. Nobody at their counter at Johannesburg Airport when you arrive to report damaged luggage. They damage Samsonite luggage which no low cost airline has even managed. Then *********** staff inform you that the damage is too small to be handled there and you need to go through website. Which you do. Then it takes Alitalia *********** staff two months to look at you mail and they also don't read properly. Then they claim you did not report it at the airport therefore they can do nothing.
