NOT HONESTY, REFUNDS NOT BEING PAID OUT

I had a ticket booked which could not be used due to Covert 19, it was cancelled in April and since then not a word on MY REFUND. The agent tells me it's ALITALIA, when i phone them they blame the agent that is not following up with them. When will I get my money back??? How many more excuses I must I listen to???
