Non existent service

This is the most useless company I have ever come across in my entire life. I thought Eskom and Telkom were bad. But damn Alitalia definitely takes the cake. 21/August I requested a refund, we are now on the 29/11/17 sending 10 emails a day with no response from them whatsoever. they might as well close down.
