Emma - you are a terrible agent!

I've never had such terrible service from such a rude arrogant agent. Emma at Alitalia customer desk. She doesn't listen, is terribly rude and just shouts at her customers. Absolutely disgusting service giving this airline a bad name and as an agent booking travel everyday - i will advise my customers to book on alternative airlines just to avoid disgusting service such as this. Emma - you are so rude and will lose your business customers. I will tell everyone is my company.
