Alitalia non existent service

<p>During April we travelled to Spain and Italy and used Alitalia air service. On our return flight from Malaga we were bumped of the flight. We experienced rude and totally unhelpful personnel on the airport. We were put up in a hotel and had to pay for taxi fare. We were told we would be reimbursed. After sending several emails to Alitalia we still did not get any response. The flight was managed by Emirates. I would strongly advise people not to use this airline. They are rude, do not give you any assistance or help. </p>
