Poor Reliability & Service

We wish to express our dissatisfaction with the extremely poor level of service received. We purchased a rebuilt engine which, upon installation, was found to be leaking oil. The fault was traced to a defective oil seal. The owner advised that we proceed with the replacement of the seal at our own cost, with the undertaking that the expenses would subsequently be reimbursed.

Despite numerous follow-ups, a period of four (4) months has elapsed without any refund being received. This failure to honour a relatively minor reimbur*****t raises serious concerns regarding the business’s ability to uphold the stated three-month warranty period, which the owner verbally extended to five (5) months due to the initial defects experienced.

The lack of accountability, responsiveness and commitment to resolving the matter is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the credibility and reliability of the business.
