I completed my short course in IT Service Delivery Management over 2 months ago and ordered a physical copy of my certificate in addition to the digital copy.

I was informed that I would receive the certificate within 28 days and so I waited, after 30 days I contacted them as I hadn’t received any communication that would indicate my certificate was on its way to me and I was so disappointed when I was met by robots that passed off as humans.

I thought maybe this is how they do things and informed them about my issue, the reply was that they would re-send my certificate and I would have to wait another 28 days, I waited for 30 days again and I still haven’t received any form of communication from them.

It is quite clear that I have been ****med by this institution and I would advise anyone looking to study through to just save their money and look at another institution as this is just going to be a waste of time and money.
