Paid for certificates and still haven’t received them.

I paid for 2 of my unclaimed certificates in pdf form 3 days ago, and I still haven’t been able to receive or download them it shows that I still have to pay for it. After sending numerous support messages and emails along with proof of payment, I still haven’t had any assistance with this issue. Very disappointed!
