I completed a course and paid for the certificate, 06/01/2022. Its been months and still no certificate. I emailed them several times and they just give me a bogus tracking number that can not be tracked. I think they are a **** of have really poor service. Would not recommend them at all!! Today is 31 March and I am still waiting since January. This is the worst service ever. Just got the same generic email from support, just check your local postoffice. The really got the worst service and I am sure they are a ****.
