Not helpful!!!

I received a damaged S22 out of the box at Vodacom 4u in Greenstone mall and the phone was booked in at Alisom repairs. A week later I received a text saying that the job was 'completed' and I can collect the phone at the Vodacom where I signed the contract. When I called Vodacom to collect, and asked if the phone was repaired or replaced - they said nothing was done to it and I can come collect. I then called Alisom repairs and asked why was nothing done to the phone. They said the job was declined as an Out of box failure. I informed the person at repairs that I received a damaged phone out the box which is clearly a factory defect, then they take my phone and send it back without doing anything, and Vodacom is busy debiting account. What service is this??? Am I now expected to accept a damaged S22 when this wasn't even my fault??? Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. I'll never take out a contract or buy again via Vodacom.
