The Untouchables - Alisom Communications

<p>They own Vodacom 4U in Clearwater Mall. In August 2016 a staff member stole a Samsung S7 and charged it to my account as an upgrade. I haven't upgraded since 2012 as I prefer to buy my own phones. This is the story now. I can't cancel my contract as I was charged for a ****** phone. I have to wait another year before I can close my contract. I can't migrate to pay as you before because - you guessed it - I was given a phone. In May my contract was again fiddled with - don't know by who - but I know it wasn't me. I have been mailing,spoke to the sales manager who promises to phone me and then he doesn't. If I phone to speak to the CEO I am told that management doesn't deal with complaints. The last time I spoke to Andrew Latchman the Sales Manager and I told him that I am now going to sue them his answer was go ahead, we will just blame the person who stole the phone. Hence my name for Alisom Communications is THE UNTOUCHABLES - Shady characters of the scariest kind</p>
