Alif motor spares

Alif motor spares is based in Johannesburg, I am in Durban, they had a set of Audi 2018 headlights for sale , I asked the guy weather the headlights had been repaired and if they are working he said no that the headlights are perfect so I deposited 14000rands for headlights when I received headlights to find out they are repaired and are not working, so I called the guy and he refused to refund me and ever since doesn’t take my calls or messages.... pls be careful of small businesses like this
