Useless, refusing to refund for undelivered goods

I have now had 2 items not delivered and they are refusing to refund me even though I paid for the insurance too. Pathetic. I will not purchase anything through them again. Shein may be more expensive, and Temu is a newcomer to the market. I will rather try these. Aliexpress can close their platforms as they are useless.
