Undelivered order
<p>Placed an online order with AliExpress on 25 June 2016 and paid the cost of $35 on the same day by credit card. Order ID 7 ********** 967 364.</p> <p>We got notification that the parcel was received in South Africa at Johannesburg International Mail Centre on 23 August 2016 and send to Customs on 25 August 2016. It was cleared and got a status of "In Transit" at Johannesburg International Mail Centre on 2 September 2016.</p> <p>Since 2 September 2016 we are unable to trace the parcel as it has got a new South African mail or tracking number which cannot be provided to us.</p> <p>The situation has become critical as the dress is needed for a wedding in two weeks time!</p> <p> </p>
