TO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Ordered so item on the app on the 3th Nov expected delivery between 15-25th,right all notifications where up to date only to be called by post office that my order was delivered to them and that I have to pay R41.40 for clearance which I didnt know about and had to take public transport to get my order which is an hr away from where I live and on my checkout list I included my home delivery address so my parcel can be delivered at my door set as promised.it inconvenienced me as I had to travel an hr to get my parcel. I just need my money for clearing the goods and transport fee.
