They refuse to refund me

I canceled my orders. They keep telling me to contact Speedaf Logistics while their phone is not working i did send a proof to show that i have called Speedaf without success but they keep telling me that they need proof from them that shows that i never received the items but aliexpress on the app it shows that i never received my package it been weeks since i tried to phone Logistics company with no luck
