They denied me my money back when I told them the glove was small!!!

Aliexpress has a bunch of ****mers. I ordered a stroke glove from them and realized late that I ordered the wrong size, and of course, I tried to cancel the order, and. I couldn't find an option to cancel, so I contacted the store San Zu and told them what happened. They rep**** 4 days later, telling me I would receive the package I ordered, and I specifically told them that I already ordered the correct size. They still maintain that I must take pictures. I told them I was not buying the glove for myself, and I will not be paying the Post office money for a glove I know for sure is too small for my uncle. They just went ahead and canceled my refund request. San Zu must be banned from Aliexpress, Their glove is still very much sealed in the box at the PO. I want my money back!
