Terrible experience

Terrible experience and service!! We ordered an item and when it arrived we realised it was the wrong size, we then immediately packaged it and asked for the refund and we have been told there is no refund as the sizes were on the product ! We did not see any sizes otherwise we would have chosen the correct size ! I am now fighting for my money
