Global ROM Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro ...When the package arrived it seemed too light. When I opened the outer package, I saw the seller's original package had been opened and the box was ripped as well. As expected, the phone wasn't in it. It's the phone has been ****** somewhere in the mailing system and so I called Canada Post to report the loss. They advised me to get the seller to file the claim. When I reported this to the seller, they also asked for the weight when the package was received. So I called Canada Post again and was told that they don't weigh the package. Neither the seller nor Ali Express is taking responsibility to file the claim with Canada Post and I'm left with no phone, no compensation loss of the money spent on the item that was ******. I'm so disappointed by how this's handled! Also after reading the sellers reviews I am not the only that this happed to and Aliexpress should really look into this also why didn't the seller file a claim with Canada Post which I asked them to do, very suspicious. Also the seller **** to me as they knew dam well Canada Post doesn't weight incoming packages as this exact same thing happened to another Canadian buyer earlier and they told them the same thing.
