Several minor unauthorized charges

I ordered a few small items to test this seller out. Despite it taking a very long time to arrive, I received my items.

I didn't expect to see a number of unauthorized charges (+/- ZAR120) from the Ali-Express, to my bank card tho.

I took it up with their customer support and their response was: "whatever charges they made cannot be traced and that I would somehow have had to authorise these charges".

They refuse to investigate further or refund me for these unknown charges. Very suss!
