I ordered goods on the 24February 2020 still have not received any till this day. I disputed in May from Moonlight shop i ordered from they refunded me after several complaints and them extenting the delivery time and protection cover. Now the 2nd shop Jiger Joger something,they dont even bother to respond on the live chat, they just kept on extending my delivery time. Then they status that goods were delivered when i disputed Aliexpress said buyer confirmed that good were delivered and rejected my refund statising on my dispute that money was released to the seller. Despited seeing my multiple complaints on the shops chat messages.

Their whole system i wack, no proper chanells to commumicate, dispute or complain. Responses are automated no actual person to communicate directly.
